Telecom palace

The project consists in consolidation and modernization of the old Palace. The renovation included the dismantling of the roof, the interior walls, the plaster and all doors and windows. A new reinforced metal and concrete structure and a metal roof have been constructed. The complete cable system was re-designed on the basement and all the installation were completely renewed. The facades were completely dismantled and reconstructed in marble and limestone, acquiring their interbelic style and detailing. The work was really difficult mainly because of it hugeness -the hight is about 50 m- and of the technological complexity.
