Through a close colaboration with ANL, Rotary has been involved within big projects of public interest such as those promoted by the ANL Programe: Rental Houses for Youth.
Less than 35 y.o. youth from Bucharest who cannot afford to buy or rent an appartment on the free real estate market will be able to rent the new block flats built by Rotary in Sectorul 6 Bd. Timisoara – Valea Oltului (Drumul Taberei) and in sectorul 2, Maior Bacila (Colentina).
The residential area located in Valea Oltului, also known as Constantin Brincusi complex, will enance 4.639 appartments disposed over 63 ha, being the biggest residential area of this type in the whole country. The construction project is divided in three zones: A,B and C, Rotary building within A and C. At the present, the A zone is over, with the following configuration:

As for the C zone, it has been built the structure for the block flats there.
Another are of appartments for youth will be built in the sector 6, Maior Bacila – Colentina Quarter. The execution project comprises the building of 332 appartments (152 one-room appartments and 180 two-room appartments) in block flats of 5 floors. Until now, Rotary starts to build the first 83 appartments within this area.
